The vision for the District Heights Family and Youth Services Bureau is to be a state of the art mental/behavioral health community counseling agency deeply rooted in support and enhancement of the mental well-being of the residents of District Heights of all ages and the children, youth and families that we serve throughout Prince George’s County providing licensed professional culturally competent counseling services.

Commitment to Fully staffing the agency with Licensed Clinicians

Supplemental Programming
- Offering programs to support individuals transitioning out of direct counseling services into supportive programming that will enable individuals to continue their journey of wellness
Building and Establishing Partnerships that are supportive of the goals and missions of the agency

Sustainability
- Identify and maintain alternative funding sources to support staff and supplemental programming for the agency
- Credentialing licensed staff to bill for clinical mental/behavioral health services
