Mission
The Citizens Advisory Panel (CAP) serves as a forum for community engagement by providing feedback, recommendations, and resident perspectives to the Mayor and Commission on matters affecting the City of District Heights. The committee promotes civic participation, encourages collaboration between residents and local government, and supports initiatives that enhance the quality of life throughout the community.
